Terms of Service
Last updated 3 September 2026
1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Keyzo (keyzo.io). They apply whenever you browse the store, create an account, buy a digital licence, subscription code, activation key or digital service — from us or from an independent store on the site — or open a store of your own.
By placing an order, signing in or applying to sell you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept both.
2. What is sold here
Keyzo is a store and a marketplace for digital goods only: software licences, subscription codes, activation keys and digital services done on an account or post you name. Nothing physical is shipped. Delivery is by email and on-screen in your account.
Some products are sold by Keyzo itself. Others are sold by independent stores that we have approved to sell on the site — every such product is marked “Sold by” with the store’s name, and the store has its own page under Stores. Section 5 explains how buying from a store differs.
Every product is checked before it goes live. At the moment it is listed, it works. We do not knowingly offer, or allow a store to offer, dead, used or incomplete codes. If a listing and what you receive disagree, write to us and we will sort it out.
3. Your account
You can browse without an account. To buy, you sign in with Google. The name, email and picture we show you are the ones Google sends us. Keep that Google account secure — anyone who can open it can open your Keyzo account.
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live. You may not create an account for someone else, share it, or use it to resell keys as a business without our written permission.
4. Orders, payment and delivery
An order is an offer to buy the products in your cart at the price shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars. Products sold by Keyzo can be paid for by cryptocurrency or by card; products sold by an independent store are paid for by card only, and a cart holds products from one seller at a time. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock has run out, the listing was clearly mispriced, or we suspect fraud.
Card payments are processed by Whop, our payment partner. We never see your card number. After payment is confirmed the product is emailed to the address on your account and appears under Purchases. A service is done on the link you gave at checkout and confirmed by email. Keep a copy of what you receive — we are not a backup locker for codes you later lose, though we will try to help if you still have the order.
5. Buying from an independent store
When you buy a product marked “Sold by” a store, the seller of that product is the store, not Keyzo. Keyzo runs the site, checks the store and its listings before they appear, takes the payment through Whop on the store’s behalf, and keeps a commission from each sale. The store holds the goods and delivers them — instantly, for products whose codes are loaded in advance, or by hand, usually within hours.
The store is responsible for the product working as described and for delivering it. If it does not, you deal with us first: write to support@keyzo.io with your order reference. We take it up with the store and hold it to these terms. If it cannot be put right, you are refunded through our payment partner, which also lets you open a case against the store directly; we will guide you through that if it comes to it.
Every order from a store has a conversation on the site between you and the store, open from payment until two weeks after delivery. Use it for anything about that order. It is not private from Keyzo: we can read it, we are told automatically when it contains contact details, links or talk of paying elsewhere, and either side can ask us to step in. Never pay, or share account details, outside the site — a store that asks you to is closed, and a payment made elsewhere has none of the protection described here.
Ratings on a store and its products come only from buyers who received an order, and are shown as written. Keyzo may remove a listing or close a store at any time. Orders already paid for are honoured either way.
6. Activation and support
Redeem the key the way the product listing describes. If activation fails, or anything about the code looks wrong, contact us at support@keyzo.io before you try to force, share or resell it. Include the order reference, the product name and a short note of what happened. We will look into it — and, for a store’s product, take it up with the store.
7. After the product works
Some products carry no warranty once they have been activated successfully. The listing will say so when that is the case.
The moment the product is working on your side, you take full responsibility for how you use it: the account you redeem it on, the device, the publisher’s own rules, and any later change that publisher makes to the plan. Neither we nor a store can reverse an activation, move a key to another account, or restore access the software maker later takes away.
8. Refunds
Digital keys cannot be returned like a physical item. A refund is only considered when the code you received did not work, or has a genuine problem that can be verified, or when a product you paid for was never delivered.
We do not refund a working key because you changed your mind, bought the wrong plan, already had an account, or no longer want the product.
If the code is at fault the money returns to the same place it came from, typically within a week depending on the payment method. For a store’s product the refund is made by the store, or by our payment partner if the store does not act; either way you write to us first.
9. Fair use
You agree not to:
- use a key on more accounts or devices than the listing allows
- resell, publish or give away a key you bought here
- open a payment dispute with your bank before writing to us — we resolve faster
- attempt to reverse, scrape or overload the store
- use Keyzo for anything illegal where you live
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Keys already delivered stay delivered; we are not obliged to replace them.
10. Selling on Keyzo
Anyone may apply to open a store. We read every application and decide at our discretion. An approved seller gets a connected account with Whop, our payment partner, which takes the payments for their products, holds their balance and pays it out to them. Before anything can be paid out the seller must verify their identity with Whop, and must accept Whop’s own terms for that account.
As a seller you agree that:
- you only list genuine products you are entitled to sell, described accurately, in a category that fits, and nothing that is illegal, stolen, shared, or against the publisher’s terms;
- every listing waits for our approval before it goes live, and an edit to its name, description, category or way of delivery sends it back for approval; price and stock can be changed at any time;
- the name, description and image you give your store are yours to use, contain nothing unlawful or misleading, and do not impersonate anyone; we may change or remove them;
- you deliver every paid order yourself — instantly through loaded stock, or by hand within a reasonable time, normally the same day — and you answer buyers’ problems, cases and refund requests promptly and honestly;
- Keyzo keeps a commission of 10% of each sale over $20 and 5% of a sale at or under $20, taken from the payment before it reaches your balance; card processing, dispute and payout fees are charged by Whop under its terms and are yours;
- each withdrawal from your balance carries a Keyzo fee of 10% of the amount withdrawn, collected by Whop together with its own payout fee at the moment of the withdrawal;
- refunds, chargebacks and their fees on your sales are yours to carry, and a dispute rate that stays high can lead Whop to hold part of your balance or to controls on your account;
- you are responsible for any tax due on what you earn;
- you use the buyer information you see — name and email — only to deliver the order and answer that buyer, and for nothing else;
- you keep every conversation with a buyer in the order’s thread on the site, where Keyzo can read it, and you never move a buyer to another app or ask for payment anywhere but through the site — doing so closes the store;
- we may suspend or close a store that breaks these terms, lists what it should not, or leaves buyers waiting, and remove any listing at any time. Orders already paid for must still be delivered.
Your store page, the ratings on it and the sales figures shown to you are provided as they are. We are not liable to you for lost sales, a closed store or a decision by Whop about your account.
11. Intellectual property
The Keyzo name, mark and site design are ours. The software behind each key belongs to its publisher. Buying a key here does not transfer that publisher’s copyright or trademark to you — it only gives you the licence the listing describes. A store is responsible for having the right to sell what it lists.
12. Availability
We aim to keep the site up, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Stock, prices, listings and stores can change at any time. A product that is hidden or sold out is not available to buy, even if you still see it in an old cart.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Keyzo is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damage that comes from using a key, from a store’s conduct, or from the site being unavailable. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights that a consumer law in your country says you cannot give up.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies. If a change is material we will note it here. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
